Polyvagal Theory (PVT)
This is where we learn the language of your body's responses to the world.
Through this understanding, you'll understand how your body responds to stress and safety, and gain invaluable tools to support and regulate your emotional state.
This will lead to a greater sense of safety and connection within yourself, with others and your environment.

Somatic Experiencing (SE)

We offer trauma-informed therapy that integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Practices, Expressive Arts, and IFIO Relational Therapy to support deep healing, self-discovery, and relational connection.

A compassionate space to explore your inner world, heal past wounds, and reconnect with your authentic self. Our approach blends IFS therapy, somatic healing, expressive arts, and movement to support nervous system regulation and emotional integration. Sessions may include:

💃 Somatic & movement practices (breathwork, intuitive embodiment work, yoga)
