We offer trauma-informed therapy that integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Practices, Expressive Arts, and IFIO Relational Therapy to support deep healing, self-discovery, and relational connection.

🌿 1:1 Individual Therapy

Together, we'll explore the emotions, patterns, and parts of you that may be shaping your life in ways you don't fully understand.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based approaches, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Sessions may include:
💗 IFS & parts work (understanding and relating to different parts of yourself)
🎨 Creative expression (drawing, journaling, collage, imagery, intuitive writing)
💃 Somatic & movement practices (body awareness, nervous system regulation, breath, and movement)

💛 Online sessions: $125 AUD for 55 minutes
💛 In-person sessions: $155 AUD for 55 minutes
💛 Reduced-fee spots available for students, low-income earners, and those experiencing financial hardship.

💞 Couples Therapy (IFIO: IFS-Informed Couples Therapy)

For partners seeking deeper connection, clearer communication, and a better understanding of the patterns that shape their relationship.

IFIO offers a compassionate space to explore these dynamics, navigate conflict, and strengthen connection.

Approaches We Draw From

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

A compassionate approach that helps us understand the different parts of your inner world and the roles they play in protecting you.

Many of us carry parts that criticise, avoid, strive, worry, shut down, or work hard to keep us safe. Rather than seeing these parts as problems to fix, we approach them with curiosity and respect, exploring the experiences and beliefs that shaped them.

Nervous System & Somatic Awareness

Drawing on trauma-informed and body-based approaches, we explore how emotions, stress, and life experiences are reflected in the body.

Together, we slow down and pay attention to the body's signals, exploring sensations, breath, movement, and nervous system responses. This can help you recognise patterns of stress, reconnect with your own experience, and develop greater capacity to stay present with what you're feeling.

Creative & Expressive Arts

Images, symbols, movement, writing, and creative exploration can help access experiences that sit beyond words. These approaches invite curiosity, self-expression, and deeper insight into your inner world.

Creative work can help bring hidden feelings, inner conflicts, dreams, memories, and parts of self into view in ways that talking alone sometimes cannot.
