PAYMENTS
Payments for all packages must be made in full within 48 hours of booking or with a payment schedule agreed upon in advance.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. There may be some flexibility in the below conditions if someone has been impacted by unforeseen circumstances and requires support based on compassionate grounds.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling of appointments is allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, you must provide 48 hours notice in order to reschedule. If you do not provide 48 hours notice, the appointment will be considered completed.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend an appointment and have not provided 24 hours notice to reschedule or 48 hours notice to cancel, the appointment will be considered complete.
Refunds: There are no refunds for packages or missed appointments.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential except in circumstances where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
